Mine is running is good. You must just have something not set right. Can you answer these and we will see if we can help you?
1.) Operating system (Windows 98, 2000, ME, XP etc)?
2.) Browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL, Mozilla, Opera etc)?
3.) Color setting (24 bit, 32 bit etc)?
4.) Screen resolution (800x600, 1024x768)?
5.) Smooth edges of screen fonts checked or unchecked?
6.) What Java you are using?
7.) What agent are you using?
8.) What version number is this agent?
9.) What specifically is the problem?
What version do you have?
Also, please post your specs. so that we may be able to help you:

Let's start with changing your screen resoultion to 1024x768 and try again.
The autos work best in the Firefox browser so you should try that as well.

thx for the info but it's ok, I got the badge and it's all good. I would try to solve the prob but with me using my sisters laptop as my pc let go and I don't want to change things in her settings. I did try at least the resolution yesterday to that and I couldn't read a thing on this laptop so I guess I'll just work on the badges on my own for now til I get a new machine. I did purchase a new one (refubish'd) and I had to sent it back as they sent me a piece of junk. But anywho sorry for wastin ur time.
