1 pound box spaghetti, cooked
2 tomatoes, diced (optional)
1 green pepper, chopped
2 cucumbers, chopped
cauliflower, chopped
black olives, chopped
celery, chopped
1 - 16 oz. bottle of Italian Dressing
1 plastic bottle - preferrably McCormick Salad Supreme (can be found in the spice isle), I do not use the entire 2.62 oz bottle, just go by taste.
Toss cooled spaghetti and veggies with the dressing and salad supreme.
Refrigerate for at least 6 hours, stirring often.
This recipe is great for summer.
That sounds really good, Tamara.
A kinda similar "cold spaghetti" dish I like, especially in summer, is this:
Angel-hair pasta, boiled and cooled to room temperature, then top with your favorite variety of stewed tomatoes, straight out of the can.. add salt and pepper to taste! :)
:;"
Ohh, that sounds good too, Tponka. :)
