I got an email notification about the latest contest.This is the first one I have ever received, is this new also?

We thought it would be a good idea to email the members since not everyone checks in on a daily basis.
Thanks Homer it is a very good idea. With the hours I work I've missed alot of the quickie contest.
And I've noticed the forum sure has been hopping today too. :ooo

I think it is part of the new RSS feed thing. I'm not sure, but I have the RSS feed and I got 2 emails...one for the contest and one telling people not to email them the #'s, but they need to log into the site and post them it the correct topic/thread.
It has nothing to do with the RSS feed.
