Title: Berry Poke Cake

1 box Betty croker Supermosit white cake mix
water, vegetable oil and egg whites called for in cake mix directions
1 package (4-serving size) strawberry - or raspberry-flavored gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
1 container Betty Crocker whipped cream frosting or 1 container (8oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed (3 cups)
Fresh Strawberrys or Raspberries, if desired

1, Heat oven to 350. Make cake as directed on box for 13x9- inch pan. Cool Completely, about 1 hour.
2. Pke cake all over with fork. In small bowl, stir gelatin and boiling water until dissolved; stir in cold water. Pour over cake. Run knife around the sides of pan to lossen cake. Refrigerate 2 hours
3. Spread frosting over top of cake; garnish with berries. Store covered in frigerator.

makes 15 servings
