Hey I bought the Hot Streak player and when i shut it down i get

' Access violation at address 004630A5 in module Hot Streak exe. Read of address 0000014B'

what is this and how do i get rid of it????

Delete the auto. Reboot your pc and redownload from www.badgehelp.com

Now its saying cannot create file when that file already exists......... sorry stupid when it comes to computers!!!!!!!!!!!! :'((

You probably only deleted the shortcut. Delete the file from your badgehelp folder under programs.
