Title: Chicken & Dressing For the Crock Pot

4(4oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup water
1 cup of chicken broth
1 cup 98% fat free cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup  (optional 98% fat free)
1 pkg. Stove Top Stuffing mix

Put chicken in bottom of crock pot. Mix water and soup together and pour over chicken. Add stuffing mix on top. Pour broth over stuffing mix. cook on low for 7 hours.

makes 4 servings

I love using the crockpot, throw everyhting in then cook all day & tada! dinners ready  ;)  Thanks for sharing the recipe!
