Title: bowling settings
Post by: doxie1953 on September 23, 2006, 07:36:56 AM
I just got the bowling helper...what should the settings be? I noticed it does not make a shot if there are any pins left. Also, sometimes, it just not make the throw.

Thank you, Homer! Now, sometimes, it will just set there and not release the ball. I can see the ball getting lined up, but, it wont roll! Then other times, it does fine, but, if second shot is needed it doesnt roll in time.

 :OO

:/\      I am having a difficult time even with the auto getting the bowling badge.  I have it on Shot 2 and everything else is unchecked.  I can not tell you how many times I have played and I get some 190s and up to 199 and can not seem to get over that Wednesday hump.  Does anyone have any ideas?
I even pause the auto to make some of the shots so I am able to get spares when the auto seems unable to do it.  If I knew the pins well enough I could describe those.  Not me, was not a bowler in real life.   :-[  If necessary for help, will do my best to figure it out enough to describe.
:OO

Okayyyyyyy....this is embarrassing to post a reply to my post.....oh well I have been embarrassed before and will be again, I am sure.....
I went bowling with my friend, Auto, last night, again....and  <:>,  :ll, and  :/o\.
when I woke from my dreams, I was choking on  +++.  There was the notice the badge was mine, thanks Auto...."Ima Believer"  0:
:)) :D
Shot #2 indeed works without any help from me, thank-you very much.  Whewwwwww, I can go on with life now,  :)) since I seem to have left it behind in my haste to be done with that badge......
Thanks to all who went before me and posted.

Breaker1521 has done this same thing before - I have a feeling what they think they are doing is "bumping" the thread to stay current.

Breaker you cay type something any time now. It isn't really necessary to just keep hitting the quote button to move a thread along.

Well that is one way to bring your post count up without actually having to post anything. But instead Breaker, why don't you email Badgehelp and ask them to explain to you why your settings aren't working.
