Title: FireFox Browser
Post by: raindropz on September 27, 2006, 05:59:00 PM
Will someone please tell me how to double browse using firefox browser to play jungle gin?  It will let me load my first name, but not my second name.  Do I need to change my settings?  I also have smart explorer and it will let me load both names, but after a couple of minutes I get the cripes error message and kicks one of my names out of the game :OO. :'((  Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks!

You have to use 2 different browsers or it will kick you out.

Actually all you have to do is put one name in Firefox browser and another name in IE browser. You don't have to do all that java stuff anymore.

I don't mess with the javas, here is what I do.  Firefox defaults with Sun and my IE has Sun checked. Some people say they can't use SunJava on IE when double browsing. I can.

1. Sign in on IE browser and go to a room and close out everything and just minimize my IE screen.

2. Sign in another name on FireFox and go to the same room as my other name. Close out everything but the room I'm in.

3. Set up a table in either of the browsers.

4. Sit at the table with the other browser, just like you were joining the game.

5 The only two screens up will be the ones I'm in the room with.

6. Just click back and forth to play the game.

That's the best I can describe it.  O0
