I started several weeks ago exercizing regularly. Lifting weights and walking every day. My clothes are looser and I have huge amounts of energy. Right now I am size 12 my goal is size 8. I intend to make it. For those of you that think you cant do it. I have no cartilage in my knees and I am 53 yrs old. If I can you can. I found that early morning is the best time for me so I start about 4:30 every morning. So come on down to my house grab a cup of coffee and lets work out
