:OO does anyone have problems with this game not crediting your tokens? i tried to credit my tokens this morning and it said my user name or password is invalid. i tried typing my user name and pw several times and get the same message or it says your account has been credited with 0 tokens. i know they have a limit on tokens per day,so i haven't credited them for 2 days now. i let whompage play for me for those 2 days and it got me 551,860 tokens now its not letting me credit any of them?
does anyone have this problem or can someone help please? thanks :/\
Are you sure you are typing your info correctly? Make sure your CAPS aren't turned on unless of course your info is in CAPS.
i am positive that my info is correct,caps are off. i can log on to pogo and play with my name.

some peolpe are encountering an issue with uploading tokens from their pogo to go games where they receive an error that indicates that something may be wrong with their account. we are not sure why this is happening, but we believe it may have something to do with browser cookies being deleted.
if this happens to you, the best way to address the issue seems to be to simply log into pogo.com with internet explorer and keep the browser open. then, launch the pogo to go game and credit the tokens to your pogo account. if this does not work for you, please let us know by using the "contact us" link above and to the right.
i've tried all this and it doesn't work and have gotten no answers back or help from them except that they said they only give support for the downloadable games. i told them that's what i have and haven't heard from them yet, it,s been 3 days now with now response.
3 days is not uncommon unfortunately. Not long ago I was working with a software company to try and get something working properly on the forum and it took them over a week to respond and follow up emails took several days per email. I eventually said the heck with it.
I would think pogo would get this issue fixed eventually.
