What game are you trying to play and what auto are you using?

Thunderpopper is for regular poppit.

ThunderpopperToGo is for the downloadable game The Poppit Show.

Delete your program reboot your pc and download again from www.badgehelp.com

If you are using a free pogo account you will have to wait for the Xmas theme to be removed by pogo.

Title: Re: Thunderpopper help

It could be several things here.

The recommended OS is Windows XP

You must be in 24 or 32 bit color

The recommended screen resolution is 1024x768

You are using an extremely outdated version of ThunderPopper. The current version is 4.7

I would start by changing your color setting to 24 bit and downloading the latest version of the program.
