ok guys i have a question i was told by dell my hard drive has to be replaced ugh :'(( now
the question i have is can the helpers be backed up to a disc ? so i donot have to ask for
passwords again??? :-]

I don't think so, you will need to get new passwords just show what agent and receipt #
They can not be backed up. Replacing your HD will generate new registration codes. Just submit them to JP as requested when you are ready.
