9)I get the program up an running and it works right when it first starts does this is both browsers Then I get a message Make Sure Smooth Font Edges is turned off ....and then it stops working.
Here is what you need to do exactly:
Delete any program you have, reboot your computer and download from http://badgehelp.com the new version. It should say version 2.6
Whompdown says 2.7 on Badgehelp 8)

Does anyone know how long it takes for a replacement code to be sent to you?
It's never taken longer than a day for me. Replacement codes are a little slower coming than when you first register.
