tryed this and i added some of my own stuff come out so good i haved to chair
1 pound Chopped venison (steak or shoulder)
2 Medium potatoes, peeled and chopped
2 Large carrots, peeled and chopped
1 Large onion, diced
1 tsp. Cornstarch
Garlic, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Brown the venison in a large pot on high heat. Add 2 cups of water and cornstarch. The cornstarch will help it thicken up and make its own gravy. Add the rest of the ingredients and enough water to just cover it all. Cook until the potatoes and carrots are fork-tender. Enjoy
I love venison this way it's so good Elk is also good this way
