HOLLYWOOD, Fla. - Anna Nicole Smith, the voluptuous former Playboy centerfold who married an octogenarian billionaire and waged a legal battle for his fortune all the way to the Supreme Court, died Thursday after collapsing at a hotel. She was 39.

The blond bombshell — who recently became tabloid fodder all over again after the sudden, apparently drug-related death of her 20-year-old son — was stricken while staying at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino and was rushed to a hospital.
Edwina Johnson, chief investigator of the Broward County Medical Examiner's Office, said the cause of death was under investigation and an autopsy would be done on Friday.
I saw her on a interview last night...She was so out of it..I'm willing to bet that she died from drugs.
I just heard she was swimming when she passed out and the paramedics couldn't get her back.
The tabloids were blaming her lawyer for killing her son (this was the interview I was watching last night).
I'm gonna say they are going to blame him for both deaths. They he overdosed them to get the money. The daughter will get everything she has ( I assume) So the real daddy will get it all.
The guy who says he's the daddy was also in the interview and I heard the taped conversation he and Anna had been having, she wasn't upset at him like the media put on, they were talking pretty chummy.

Howard Stern and she apparently slept with one of the guys who works there. Watch when they do the paternity test, I bet my life on it that neither of them will be the father. Anna Nicole Smith's Mother Blames Drugs

"I think she had too many drugs, just like Danny (Smith's late son)," her mother, Vergie Arthur, told ABC's "Good Morning America" on Friday. "I tried to warn her about drugs and the people that she hung around with. She didn't listen."
"She was too drugged up," Arthur said. "By the last interview I saw of her, she was so wasted."
That must of been the one I saw...and boy was she.
Smith's attorney, Ron Rale, said the one-time reality TV star had been ill for several days with a fever and was still depressed over the death five months ago of her 20-year-old son from what a private medical examiner determined was a combination of methadone and two antidepressants.
On Thursday, authorities say, a private nurse found Smith unconscious in her room at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino and called 911. A bodyguard performed CPR, Seminole Police Chief Charlie Tiger said, but Smith was declared dead at a hospital.
Late Thursday, sheriff's deputies carried out at least eight brown paper bags sealed with red evidence tape from Smith's hotel room.
Several detectives are reviewing the hotel surveillance tapes to see if they might provide a clue to what happened, Deputy Police Chief Michael Browne said Friday. He said they had interviewed everyone connected to the death and no one was under suspicion.
"Nothing about this death seems suspicious. We're not treating it that way," Browne said. "We're being very thorough. We're going to look at everything."
Edwina Johnson, chief investigator for the Broward County Medical Examiner's Office, said an autopsy was under way Friday morning to try to determine the cause of death.
If Smith died of natural causes, the findings will likely be announced quickly, but definitive results could take weeks, said Dr. Joshua Perper, who was performing the autopsy.
"I am not a prophet, and I cannot tell you before the autopsy what I am going to find," he said.
Smith's son's death in the Bahamas on Sept. 10 came just a few days after she gave birth to a daughter, Dannielynn, whose custody remains in dispute.
The birth certificate lists Dannielynn's father as attorney Howard K. Stern, Smith's most recent companion, who Rale said was with Smith at the hotel and was too choked up to talk when he called Rale with the news. Smith's ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead is waging a legal challenge, saying he is the father.
A hearing was scheduled in Los Angeles on Friday at which lawyers were expected to discuss an emergency motion filed by Birkhead's attorney seeking DNA from Smith's body, her attorney Rale said. The reasons for the motion were not immediately clear, but an attorney for Stern, James T. Neavitt, was frustrated.
"There's no question about her being the mother," he said. "So what's the purpose of the DNA testing? Why do they need her DNA?"
Debra Opri, the attorney who filed Birkhead's paternity suit, said only that doctors told her to get a DNA sample, declining to elaborate.
She said Birkhead was devastated. "He is inconsolable, and we are taking steps now to protect the DNA testing of the child. The child is our No. 1 priority," she said.
The baby was being cared for in the Bahamas by the mother of Shane Gibson, the Bahamian immigration minister who is a close friend of Smith's, People magazine reported on its Web site, citing unidentified sources.
A visibly shaken Gibson declined comment as he was leaving his office Thursday night, and he has not responded to several message left by The Associated Press seeking comment.
Through the '90s and into the 21st century, Smith was famous for being famous, a pop-culture punchline because of her up-and-down weight, her Marilyn Monroe looks, her exaggerated curves, her little-girl voice, her ditzy-blonde persona and her over-the-top revealing outfits.
Recently, she lost a reported 69 pounds and became a spokeswoman for TrimSpa, a weight-loss supplement. In recent TV appearances, her speech was often slurred and she seemed out of it. Some critics said she seemed drugged-out.
"Undoubtedly it will be found at the end of the day that drugs featured in her death as they did in the death of poor Daniel," said Michael Scott, a former attorney for Smith in the Bahamas.
Rale said he had talked to her on Tuesday or Wednesday, and she had flu symptoms and a fever and was still grieving over her son. He dismissed claims her death was related to drugs as "a bunch of nonsense."
"Poor Anna Nicole," he said. "She's been the underdog. She's been besieged ... and she's been trying her best and nobody should have to endure what she's endured."
The Texas-born Smith was a topless dancer at a strip club before she made the cover of Playboy magazine in 1992. She became Playboy's playmate of the year in 1993. She was also signed to a contract with Guess jeans, appearing in TV commercials, billboards and magazine ads.
In 1994, she married 89-year-old oil tycoon J. Howard Marshall II, owner of Great Northern Oil Co. After his death the following year, she engaged in a protracted legal fight with her former stepson, E. Pierce Marshall, over whether she had a right to the estate.
A federal court in California awarded Smith $474 million. That was later overturned. But in May, the U.S. Supreme Court revived her case, ruling that she deserved another day in court.
The stepson died June 20 at age 67, but the family said the court fight would continue.
Smith starred in her own reality TV series, "The Anna Nicole Show," in 2002-04. She also appeared in movies, performing a bit part in "The Hudsucker Proxy" in 1994.
Smith was born Vickie Lynn Hogan on Nov. 28, 1967, in Houston, one of six children. Her parents split up when she was a toddler, and she was raised by her mother, a deputy sheriff.
She dropped out after 11th grade after she was expelled for fighting, and worked as a waitress and then a cook at Jim's Krispy Fried Chicken restaurant in Mexia, Texas.

There is more to this than meets the eye. It's one thing for this Howard what's his name to be present when Nicole's son died, but to be there with Nicole when she died makes a person go hmmmmmmmm. Don't know if anyone watches Enterainment Tonight, but they are doing a in-depth interview with Nicole. They even showed interviews with the witness's at the hospital when her son died, and they all say they saw this Howard guy flush pills down the toilet. Which he flatly denies....Anyway it will all come out eventually. Nicole will more than likey be dragged thru the mud, and what will be left is that the daughter of her's will be left with the legacy of her mother. As far as who the father is.....DNA testing needs to be done for the sake of the little girl. And since the judge denied the test today, the daughter should be placed in the care of her grandma until this is settled, but that's just me.
I dont really understand why the courts wont do a DNA test on Anna Nicole Smith. That would end the battle very quickly I would think. Im starting to question why it's not being allowed. Was someone paid to keep it hushed hushed?

Only prescription -- and not illegal drugs -- were found during an investigation of Anna Nicole Smith's room at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel, this according to Seminole Police Chief Charlie Tiger.
At a press conference outside the Broward County Medical Examiner's office, Tiger revealed that "No evidence has been revealed to suggest that a crime has occurred," and that sworn statements were taken from everyone involved.
While authorities were unable to identify an official cause of death, Broward County Chief Medical Examiner Dr. Joshua Perper suggested that the death might be due to either natural causes, medication, or a combination of natural causes and medication.
Perper was able to rule out several speculated causes of death, such as blunt force trauma, gunshot wounds or asphyxia, meaning she did not suffocate to death on her own vomit.
Perper revealed that a small amount of blood was found in Anna's stomach, which he says is a result of the terminal shock Smith experienced before she died. He also said that no pills or tablets were found in her stomach.
Perper also acknowledged the need for Anna's DNA (due to the ongoing paternity dispute) and said a "large sample" was taken.According to Perper, an official cause of death would be determined in 3 to 5 weeks.

what saddens me is the whole issue now with Anna's mom who is fighting to have the child.
A few months ago I had watched a interview with Anna and her hubby and Anna stated clearly when asked about her mom that she didn't want anything to do with her and now here she is fighting for this child. The only true person that I think cares about this baby is Larry Birkhead. He has been fighting from day one to see this child and I truely believe that Dannielynn is his child. He was in this custody battle from day one. He had no clue that she would die. He didnt want her money, he wanted to be a part of his childs life. funny how this howard k. stern proclaimed he was the father only after the baby was born. And only after Birkhead started the court proceddings. Birkhead has spent over 300,000 dollars to date to fight for this child and he should have his day in court and be known he IS the father. The child should be turned over to Annas mother, even though they were estranged, it was her daughter and she loved her no less. She should have temp custody of this child until the dna tests are done and the father is known. which i believe is Larry Birkhead. THis howard guy has been present when both Daniel and ANna died and I dont believe the baby will live if he has custody of this child.

NASSAU, Bahamas - Anna Nicole Smith's 5-month-old daughter and the baby's purported father have reclaimed the Bahamas mansion where they lived before the former Playboy Playmate died last week, Smith's lawyer said.
Not only is the paternity of Smith's baby _ who could inherit a fortune from Smith's late husband _ in dispute, but so is the Bahamas mansion where Smith had been living.
Smith, who died in Florida on Thursday, had claimed that a U.S. developer and former boyfriend, G. Ben Thompson, gave her the house. But Thompson said he had only loaned it to Smith _ and on Friday had the locks changed.
Smith's lawyer and companion, Howard K. Stern _ one of three men who claims to be the baby's father _ had the locks changed again and on Sunday was once again at the gated waterfront estate, known as "Horizons."
The baby girl, Dannielynn Hope Marshall Stern, was also there, attorney Wayne Munroe told The Associated Press. An AP Television News reporter saw Stern's mother enter the white house, as well. Another AP reporter saw Smith's mother, Vergie Arthur, at the gates, but she did not go inside.
Munroe said he has filed a robbery complaint with police over computer equipment, drawings and paintings allegedly taken from the home, and authorities interviewed the housekeeper. Police said Sunday they are investigating.
Munroe said the house now belongs to Stern, Smith's companion.
"Right now, Howard is very happy to be reunited with Dannielynn but extremely angry that somebody had the gall to break into Anna's residence," Stern's spokesman, Ron Rale, said Sunday by telephone from Los Angeles.
Smith's ownership of the mansion was the basis of her claim to residency in the Bahamas. In a lawsuit, Smith asked a court to recognize her as the owner and reject Thompson's claim on the house in the exclusive neighborhood. the whole thing makes me very sad!! I missed the most recent interview but i did see the one right after her son died and My heart really went out to her. I think she had a bad pill combination. they did say she had been heavily medicated after her sons death. Losing a child is a terrible tradegy for anyone.

Stern was ask point blank if Anna and his client were legally married according to Bohamin laws, and his answer was NO. So 2 things need to be done.....cause of death and WHO IS Dannilynns daddy. With all his posturing and actions, someone needs to ask Howard Stern....what if it is proven you are not the father, then what??? Anyone can have their name put on a birth certficate.....but DNA trumps everything.

Now they're fighting over who has rights to her body.....If it wasn't a high profile case, this would be over with and she could be buried.
Her and the Howard Stern guy weren't legally married and it hasn't even been proven that the baby he is. She told everyone the baby was his, after the Larry guy said it was his.
Her Mom wants the body also.
So who do you think should be in charge of the funeral and all the details and stuff? And what do you think should happen to the baby if they can't distinguish paternity? I haven't heard anyone say Howard Stern had to take a test, but I think he should have to.

I think everyone who claimes to be the daddy should be ordered to take a DNA pert test to see who is the father. As for the funeral I think who ever she was living with at the time should at least pay for half (if she wasnt married) and the mother pay the other half.As for where the child should live until any test are done....well thats a hard one there.

Howard Stern (her lawyer/ bf/ hop in the sack) says she does and he says hes the executor of it. That is why he said he should have the say so as to where she should be buried... Her son is buried in the Bahamas and he wants her buried next to him. That does makes sense. The mother wants her buried in Texas.
If my child died before I did, I would want to be buried next to them.
well clearly Anna did not want her mom involved in anything in her life. There is a reason Anna behaved the way she did. But at the same time if I were a judge I would have a serious problem with Howard being the executor of that will. Looks like no one will ever know the truth, but I really hope to God that someone gets custody of that baby who has her best interest at heart. I can only see now that her life will turn out to be a completely dysfunctional situation if she goes with either Howard or Annas mom. I would just think that if I were Anna, I would of made sure all my lose ends were tied up. I mean you never know what can happen on any given day. yep I knew it. The reason she went to the Bahamas to have Dannilynn was because she was strung out on methadone. The press just released the Dr's name that prescribed the methadone 9 days before the baby was born. Where the he!! were all the people who cared about her or the baby? I mean she must of had to face at least 5 people a day while she was prego, and no one put an end to that!! I saw some pictures of the Dannilynn and she is sooooo sweet. Such a little angel. This just makes me so sick to my stomach. The life and he!! Dannilynn will have to face because of Anna.
Well thank goodness Dannilynn is just a baby. Hopefully all this crap will be way over with by the time she's grown up. At least she's young and doesnt have to deal with any of the issues. I hope by the time she is grown that she wont even realize all of the crap that took place.

Stern's attorneys say Smith bought a plot in the Bahamas, next to the plot where her son, Daniel, is buried. He died in September, three days after Smith's baby daughter, Dannielynn, was born at a Bahamas hospital.
Broward Circuit Judge Larry Seidlin also signed an order Friday to have Smith's refrigerated remains embalmed.
"We're beginning to give her peace," Seidlin said.
The procedure will be done Friday under heavy security at the Broward County Medical Examiner's office in nearby Dania Beach.
Meanwhile, the courtroom battle over Smith's affairs continued for a third day on Friday, with more days of contentious arguments to come. Any decision about releasing her body for burial isn't likely until next week at the earliest.
Seidlin ordered Stern to appear at the hearing Tuesday, and he is expected to testify. His lawyer, Krista Barth, argued unsuccessfully to have him appear by video phone from the Bahamas, where he is caring for Dannielynn.
Meanwhile, court-appointed administrator Shane Kelley began interviewing the parties to prepare for the hearing, which will serve as a mini-trial. Kelley will recommend to the judge who should receive Smith's remains for burial.
Outside the courtroom, the circus-like atmosphere surrounding the former TV reality show star's sudden death continued.
As speculation swirled over the will, another man, a former body guard, stepped forward to claim possible paternity of Smith's infant daughter.
No death certificate
Ron Rale, an attorney who represented Smith in a California paternity case, told CNN's Larry King that Stern is not named as a beneficiary in Smith's will.
"Larry, I would like to reveal it on your show. Another little tidbit. I think everybody will see that Howard Stern is not a beneficiary of that will," Rale said.
Smith's estate has not yet been opened because authorities have not yet issued a death certificate, attorneys told Seidlin on Thursday.
On Friday, Seidlin directed that the will be filed in connection with the burial dispute so it can be entered into evidence.
Smith wanted to be buried in the Bahamas, attorneys for Stern insist. Smith's estranged mother wants to take the body home to Texas for burial in the family plot, her attorneys say.
The two sides swapped barbs as they argued in court over everything from custody of the body to DNA sampling to whether a baby can be considered next of kin under Florida law. (Watch the contentious hearing played out before the cameras )
Seidlin, the judge, has displayed affable aplomb as he tries to sort through a tangle of legal arguments and competing interests. He has referred to the squabbling lawyers as "a good group" and Smith as "beautiful."
Bickering lawyers
Besides the lawyers for Stern and Arthur, there are attorneys for Smith, daughter Dannielynn, and Smith's former lover, Larry Birkhead, who is seeking a paternity test to prove he is Dannielynn's father. (Watch CNN's Jeff Toobin try to untangle the legal mess )
The lawyers have frequently traded barbs.
"The woman sitting across from me was estranged from her daughter. I have people who loved her," sniffed Barth, attorney for Stern, on Thursday. "She stands here today to take her to Texas and put her in the ground all alone. It's sad and it's sick."
Retorted Arthur's lawyer, Stephen Tunstall: "Counsel is trying to trash my client in some kind of emotional appeal. My client is her mother. She wants to take her back to Texas to be buried with the rest of the family. She has the right."
And so it went, all day Thursday for half a day on Friday and, from the looks of things, for many more days to come. The judge worked hard to keep things on track.
"We're trying to balance the rights and respect of the body with the legal issues," Seidlin said. "When we bury her, I want it to be forever,"
The judge has appointed a guardian, Miami attorney Richard Milstein, to protect the interests of Smith's infant daughter, Dannielynn. He also appointed Kelley, a Fort Lauderdale lawyer, to sort through the competing interests and advise him.
Witnesses, including people close to Smith, are expected to testify Tuesday.
Who's the father?
Birkhead and Stern each claim to be the father of Smith's nearly 6-month-old daughter, Dannielynn. Stern's name is on the birth certificate.
Smith's former bodyguard, Alexander Denk, told CNN's Larry King that he, too, could be Dannielynn's father, saying he and Smith had an off-and-on relationship for years.
Denk is the fourth person to claim he could be the child's father. Zsa Zsa Gabor's husband, Frederic von Anhalt, has said he and Smith had a decade-long affair and that he could have fathered the child. He filed court papers seeking a paternity test on Thursday.
Seidlin repeated several times that the most important issue to his court was the welfare of the baby. He also stressed the importance of maintaining dignity.
"We want to preserve the beauty and model figure of Ms. Smith," he said. "Beauty was important to her, as you all have indicated to me, and we want her to look beautiful when she is placed in her final resting place."
Smith, 39, died February 8 after she was found unconscious in her room at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino near Hollywood, Florida.
Among the issues the attorneys wrangled over was whether Stern had legal standing to determine a burial place, or even to take part in the proceedings; and who was Smith's next-of-kin under Florida law.
Tunstall, the attorney for Smith's mother, argued that Dannielynn did not qualify because a child must be over 18 to be legally considered next-of-kin.
The release of Smith's body -- and even the embalming process -- was delayed because attorneys for Birkhead wanted a DNA sample for a paternity test.
The judge ordered an additional sample be taken.

If it is proved that he is the father of her baby girl, then he will be the trustee of the money that she will undoubtedly inherit. That's a whole other law suit, though. This whole mess is going to be just that for a long time... A BIG, HUGE MESS.
no surprise, Annas life was a whole big mess. She hid her pain with drugs,alcohol and of course plastic surgery. Thinking the world would envy her and wanna be her.

The money must be nice but money does not cure all things in life. Looks like this is gonna play out for another 10 years. Geez! I hate to say this not knowing a damn thing about the Bahamas, but I wouldn't doubt she gets dug up if she's buried there...She didn't want anyone to know where her son was buried and it won't be a marked grave...sooooooooooo I think they should both be buried in the States. Howard K Stern is going to be kicked out of that house down there. Who is going to be there to visit their grave? You have to have a passport and all that. It's not like being buried in the States.
We all know why she didn't want to bury Daniel in the States. (She didn't want to have to do the paternity test thing or be served by entering back in the US)

TMZ has learned the negotiations between Howard K. Stern and Larry Birkhead now have nothing to do with little Dannielynn. It's all about money.
Sources tell TMZ that Howard K. Stern has all but conceded that Larry Birkhead is the dad. Exhibit A: TMZ's story yesterday that Stern has already let Birkhead spend time with the baby. We're told Stern is willing to cooperate with paternity matters if the price is right. Specifically, sources say Stern has his eye on the Bahamian house Anna Nicole bought (not Horizons), and the boat she purchased just before her death. But that is not the end of Stern's financial wish list. Sources say he has set his sights on other assets as well.
Under the will and the laws of inheritance, Dannielynn would get all her mom's assets. Nonetheless, we're told the house, the boat and other assets are being discussed. It is unclear how Stern might lay claim to the items in question. Nonetheless, we're told that's precisely what he wants.
I feel that everyone really doesn't care per say for the child. The main goal for everyone is getting their greedy little hands on the money. I feel sorry for the child and I'm so glad she isn't old enough to have to deal with all this greed. If anyone truly cared about Anna then she would've been buried a long time ago. At this stage of the game maybe the courts should just take over and have her buried where ever they see fit. Then have all of Anna's assets sold and set up an account for the child so she can have it when she becomes of legal age.

It is all about the money...the money Anna hasn't even received yet. I also am glad that the baby is to young to know what's going on. WEST PALM BEACH, Florida (CNN) -- A Florida appeals court cleared the way Wednesday for Anna Nicole Smith to be buried next to her son, Daniel, in the Bahamas.
The decision by a panel of three judges with the 4th District Court of Appeal upheld a lower court ruling that gave custody of Anna Nicole Smith's remains to the court-appointed guardian for her daughter, Dannielynn.
Last week, Broward Circuit Judge Larry Seidlin awarded custody of Smith's body to Richard Milstein, whom Seidlin had appointed as guardian ad litem for the nearly 6-month-old girl.
Smith's mother, Virgie Arthur, appealed that ruling, because Milstein wants the former Playboy playmate buried in the Bahamas and Arthur wants her daughter buried in Texas with other family members. (Watch experts' takes on the case )
Milstein intends to have Smith buried next to her son, Daniel. The late model purchased the adjacent Bahamas burial plot after Daniel, 20, died in September, three days after Dannielynn's birth.
Howard K. Stern, Smith's partner and attorney who claims to be the biological father of Dannielynn, also wishes to have Smith buried in the Bahamas.
Any appeal of the decision by the panel of Florida's 4th District Court of Appeal would go to the Florida Supreme Court.
Christopher Carver, an attorney for Milstein, told the judges during Wednesday's hearing that a Bahamas funeral for Smith is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Friday.
At the center of the appellate court debate Wednesday was which case under Florida law should set the legal precedent to determine who gets custody of the body.
Representatives for Stern and Milstein argued that it is indisputable that Smith's wishes were to be buried with her son because she purchased a burial plot next to him.
But Arthur's attorneys argue that a strict reading of Florida law gives her custody of her daughter's remains. They said there is no written record of Smith's intentions, and when there is no spouse and no child at least 18 years old, custody of the body goes to the next of kin, which in this case is the mother.
Seidlin ruled last week that Dannielynn was to be considered next of kin.
Arthur's attorneys asked Seidlin to stay his original order, but he denied the request Monday. The judge said he is concerned about the deterioration of Smith's body.

Last week, Dr. Joshua Perper, Broward County's chief medical examiner, told the court that Smith should be buried no later than Saturday, because the body was deteriorating. But after Seidlin's decision, Perper said the body was in "excellent condition."
Also in Broward County, a judge announced Wednesday that doctors hired by Larry Birkhead, one of several men claiming to be Dannielynn's father, can have access to DNA samples from Smith -- which are necessary for paternity tests.
Those samples are in the custody of the Broward County medical examiner.
But Judge Lawrence Korda rejected a request from Birkhead's attorneys asking him to order DNA samples from Dannielynn. Korda said he did not have jurisdiction and that order would have to come from authorities in the Bahamas.
Birkhead filed his paternity suit in California, and Korda consulted with the judge dealing with the case before rendering his decision Wednesday.
The legal battles in the Smith case reach beyond Florida.
In Nassau, Bahamas, Birkhead is seeking legal paternity and custody of the child. His attorney, Debra Opri, alleged outside a courthouse Monday that there is "fraud" in the birth certificate, but she didn't elaborate. Arthur also seeks custody. The next hearing is scheduled for March 16.
A South Carolina developer says he still owns the home where Stern and Dannielynn are living in the Bahamas. He says Smith never paid him for the house, although she claimed it was a gift. The judge hearing the case allowed Stern and Dannielynn to stay in the house pending a March 14 hearing.

Well finally today she was laid to rest next to her son!! Her mom tried havng it stopped. but now i hear that her son father is trying to get his but sent back to the US.
All i can say is OMG she is dead just let her have her wish and rest in peace next to her son!!!
Before Anna died, Entertainment Tonight had been doing quite a few interviews with Anna and Golddigger Howard. They had some kind of bond thing going, but anyways they were the only media allowed inside the church for the funeral. I just watched ET and the whole 30 minute show was on todays funeral. They showed the gown she wore and all that. Howard, Larry and her mom all got to speak, but you got to hear Howard's whole speech as he put the media,lawyers,judges and blah blah blah down. He kept saying only Anna and I know the truth about our life. The only thing that kept going through my mind while listening to him ramble was...If you cared about her why in the hell didn't you get her help? You see these people crying on TV about how close they were with Anna..why would they let her drug herself up most of her life? Well he vowed to spend his last breath fighting for her and what she stood for, that is if he can make it without her. Well Entertainment Tonight is going to keep Howard looking good in the whole thing.
This is my opinion of the whole thing...I honestly don't believe she felt "true love" for Howard...I think he was there when she didn't have anyone else. It's obvious that if she was sleeping with him, he wasn't the only one she was sleeping with. He did spend almost everyday with her since he became her lawyer. He lived off her and her money. I think he kept her drugged for his own benefit. We saw proof of her being stoned out of her mind (in the clown makeup) while she was 2 weeks from delivering and you can't blame it on Daniel being dead, he wasn't dead yet. Who in their right mind would let someone you love be so drugged up during pregnancy,with what is suppose to be his child. I don't believe he is the father whatsoever. For the babies sake I hope Larry is, or else what will happen to that poor little girl.
Oh yea and they put her late husbands ashes in the coffin with her.
Larry Birkhead's lawyer tells TMZ there will be no negotiating with Howard K. Stern.
Debra Opri says the only subject of negotiation is "how fast he [Stern] will produce the child for a DNA test and how quickly he will allow that child to go to California with her real father."
As TMZ has been reporting, Stern has been asking Birkhead for some involvement in Dannielynn's financial affairs after paternity is established. Now Opri says, "There were never any deals. It was a one-sided discussion."
Opri tells TMZ she did not want to respond to Stern's overtures until after the funeral. Birkhead's hardline stance now puts the ball in Stern's court -- will he submit Dannielynn for DNA testing or will the fight escalate?

The guy who owns the house (or the son or whoever) is the one who took things from the house and he took that to the police. This guy said " Anna told me if anything happens to her to take her computer to the police" They also said that depending on whats on that computer could determine how she died.. I wonder what that is suppose to mean?

Mama? I feel exactly like you do about it. They have been talking about the doctors and the drugs she was taking during her pregancy and they said that would make the baby weight not up to where it should be. I just hope that baby gets put in the right hands, then I hope they tear Howard Stern a new :o0 >:D

I'm sure Larry will have a living will drawn up since he has a child now. Everyone should have a will, you just never know what can happen.

Anna Nicole had mentioned some things like this in her leaked IMs. I am surprised it has taken so long to hear more. She also said he was mean but she didn't say why she thought that in the parts I saw.

Larry Birkhead can leave the Bahamas with Dannielynn, at least for now. :D
A judge has just cleared the path for Birkhead to go to United States with one string -- he must return with Dannielynn for the full custody hearing in June.
Sources tell TMZ that Virgie Arthur objected to the ruling and could appeal. But that appeal may be too late. We're told Birkhead wants out in the next few days.
And there's this -- Arthur's lawyer protested there were leaks in the case, and pulled out several TMZ stories that he said were posted "minutes" after the various hearings ended.
