hi guys bonus checker ver3.1 not working ugh pogo must have updated something tried all settings and all brousers and will not load


settings 1024x768
32bit color
windows xp pro
2 gig memory
nvidia 6800  256 8x
smooth edges off
both settings un checked in propertys
bounus checker ver 3.1

If you would of read the post that you posted this same thing in, you would of seen that nobodys is working. We are waiting on badgehelp to wake up and fix it.   :///

BH no longer supports Windows 98. Neither does Microsoft for that matter.

The recommended screen resolution is 1024 x 768

 :'((  I have deleted the 3.1 and downloaded the 3.2 the only thing is the when I go to play it, it is the 3.1 again.  I can't get the 3.2 to download.  Can anyone help me?

Here is a topic from the BH website on how to delete a program. After you have deleted the program go back and redownload it again.

 :OO  I went to where you sent me and deleted the 3.1 and then went to download the 3.2 and after I did all I got was the 3.1 version again.  The 3.2 doesn't seem to download.
Do you have any other solutions?

Delete what you have and make sure you reboot your computer and try downloading again.  O0

i to am having trouble with it something about invaldi device have tried deleting rebooting redownloading still getting invalid device i sugget you fix it cause i've tried everything

i sugget if you can't find another way for us to fix it you better refund our $10 cause i'm already frustrated with doing everything you already suggested so fix it or refund my $10

There is a thing in the auto called a TSR (Technical Support Request) I suggest you use it.

Learn some patience. They work very hard to get things running correctly. Mine is working fine but thats besides the point.  PATIENCE is the key. They've always been very helpful here.

geez if your frustrated in only a few min I would seriously consider a vacation somethings take more than a second to troubleshoot could be your anger is fogging your brain take a chill pill and try again later. alot of times it's not the auto it's pogo doing updates and stuff and before you go spouting off think about it, BH does a wonderful job and so does Homer they are here to help everyone so give them a chance to try and help  :"

No, you do not need to pay for it again.

Once you pay for and register the program you get updates and new versions for free, forever.

I still get the Invalid Device Context message but the auto will still run the game for me.

Things to consider:

Turn off pop-up blockers, ad blockers, check your windows version, and follow all of the troubleshooting tips.

Also, as I discovered myself only just recently, download your programs from this page http://www.badgehelp.com/ instead of using the link at the top of this page. :)
