I have found this out:
If you click on the forum to get X free tokens, and you go to pogo and click on the same X free tokens, you will get credited each time.
i had to wait for 24 hours to pass since the last time I got 5000 free tokens on this one. Just got another 5000 !! :{x

I think it was only yesterday.
I think you just have to wait 1 week. This is the same link I used last week for 5k in tokens. I could be wrong, but it is something I'm going to try again next week just to see.
My understanding is that Pogo will be doing this weekly. They'll pick one of the games and then have a 24hr window to get people to play it. Of course, they can ... have in the past ... and will change their minds at any given time.

This German site and the UK site are the only ones that work for me. The others say "You have already been awarded 5000 tokesn" but that must mean just one time cause nothing has been added to my pogo token account after the first time. :'((
