please help with my canasta program... i cant get it to work. i dont know what i am doing wrong

i have went through the settings and i keep getting and error 42.. cannot find game window... doesnt do anything
i have windows xp

I don't know that if you don't tell me when you ask for help. Please help I don't know what I'm doing doesn't give me much to go on.

Which program are you using and what version are you using?

Delete the program reboot your pc and redownload again and see if that helps.

i did the delete and reboot but it did not make it work. i get the game up and running and then i click the start button and then it says to use the icon down by the clock and when i click that it says error 42 cannot find game window. i feel like its something i am doing wrong . my canasta masta says its fully functional

Are you running windows XP? I have mine running without a problem.

it says its running fine and it comes up... it just doesnt make any moves and has an error code that says error 42 cant find game window

Your welcome. It's kinda hard to tell you what to do when I can't get the same error you are getting. Sorry I don't have any other answers.

i finally got my canasta masta to work but it will not win any games... my rating went from nearly 1800 to 1535. i watch it give canastas away and not make ones it could. could i have gotten a bad program?

I don't suggest you use the auto to try and increase your rating points.

This program is doing the same with me. I can't win any games when playing Canasta Master.
I had the same problem with the error and now that problem is gone it's just that I can't win any of the games.
