Title: Badgehelp.com
Post by: zzcheatzz on April 02, 2007, 06:26:46 AM
I tried to log into the site and also send an email and page cannot be displayed and my emails are not answered. :OO

Well I finally got the page now to display finally, must of been down for some reason.  But can some1 guide me on who to write to about lost codes.  My computer crashed and I lost my receipt also with the crash but have a copy of my credit card transaction payments for the autos.  I have written 3 emails all returning with a simple 1 line message "need the new reg codes too please", AND 3 times I have replied with the new codes???

There is no log in at BH.

For replacement codes follow the instructions at http://www.badgehelp.com/lost.html

I know there is no signin on their site.  What I mean is that the site was down for ages and I did email as per instructions to replacecode@aol.com; all I get after full explanation and copy of my credit card transaction is 3 separate emails, 3 separate replies asking for my new codes?  Is there some owner or some1 else I can contact about not getting my replacement codes?

They can't issue passwords unless you provide them with the new registration codes.

If you don't hear from them today I would send them another email. Give them some time this morning it's only 7:30AM in Badgehelp land.

Homer, I finally got a copy of my new Password codes just now.  Thought I would point out to other people with lost receipts to read the below at Badgehelp Page.  I have now written an email to Badgehelp asking for the email receipts.  Also from now on I will save on DVD all receipts I receive from anybody as soon as I receive them as lesson learnt after 12 years being on the internet and had a major crash and lost everything and got lazy and did not burn off receipts.

How To Get a Receipt from PayPal
When you sent your payment through PayPal, you received an email receipt. If you have access to that email receipt, you can sign up for a PayPal account by clicking the Sign Up Now link in the email. Once registered, your previous transactions will be available in your History. If you no longer have the email receipt, you can contact us to resend the email receipt.

If you no longer have the email receipt, visit https://www.paypal.com/signup to sign up. To have access to your previous transactions, sign up using the same email address and credit card that you used for your transactions.

This and much more information available at the Help Center section of the PayPal website.
Click here to go to the PayPal site.

Somehow you are doing something wrong. Don't you have access to your paypal history? All the info you need is in there.

All you have to do is copy and paste the info from your paypal account. The instructions are pretty clear at http://www.badgehelp.com/lost.html

I would be real surprised if BH was gonna look up your emails for you.

I have a Paypal account but opened it AFTER purchasing the autos, in fact only opened a paypal account a few days ago.  BH wont issue email receipts?  It is stated on their site that they do send email receipts as I mentioned above.  I also have autos purchased from BW and she supplied me with my receipts in no time.  Anyway I am still awaiting email receipt from BH.

I hope this helps you.  I amon AOL and when my puter crashes I loose all my mail.  I opened a web based email address for storing reciepts.  when I make a purchase, I simply fwd it to the web based email acct for safe keeping.  It has saved me with two crashes an a system format. Myself going through PayPal takes more time than how I am doing it.

Good luck and keep looking

Something fishy about that,,  BH has to keep records of all purchases, unless they don't do taxes.  lol

a credit card receipt should be more than enough to prove purchase.

I find that BH does not list what auto you purchased on their receipts, only numbers. Same with the cc accts .  But before I close out the payment process at BH I c/p the receipt that has all the info plus thename of the game, then put it in my notebook on the puter. Once go to 'continue that info is no longer sent to you.  Hope I made myself clear, kinda hard to explain.

I have now sent my 5th email asking for email receipt, which is stated on their site you can ask for it (I have already supplied them with my credit card transaction details off my statement).  Still no reply.  My persistance in this is because if I have a reformat, crash or something similar in the future, I will have to go through all this hard-to-get new Password Code again and I dont want that.  If I had the email receipt I could forward that on to Paypal to get a copy of my official receipt.  As I said before, I just joined paypal and nothing came up when entering my 2 credit cards on previous transactions.  Paypal I have been in touch with and if I can supplied the email receipt from BH they will be able to forward me my receipt.

lancer,  I agree completely. Badgehelp has gone above and beyond in helping me to solve a problem with my autocheckers program.  I thought it was a problem that I would just have to live with but they walked me through and instructed me just what to do. They were most gracious and I really appreciated all their help. I have nothing but praise for Badgehelp.   :^*   :{x
