1 butter flavored Ready-Crust pie crust
1 pkg (6 oz serving size) instant vanilla
1 (10 oz) can crushed pineapple in syrup, undrained
1 (8 oz) container sour cream
1/2 cup flaked coconut
Sliced pineapple and maraschino cherries for garnishing
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients (except coconut) until well blended.
Pour into crust.
Decorate with sliced pineapple and cherries and sprinkle with coconut.
