8 oz cream cheese
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 can of pie filling of your choice (cherry, blueberry, strawberry, etc)
Baked pie shell or graham cracker shell
Bread up cream cheese with fork.
Add condensed milk and mix with electric mixer (mixture will be lumpy).
Add lemon juice and mix until smooth.
Pour into crust and chill for 1 hour.
After 1 hour, pour pie filling over top and chill for 1 hour more.
Serves 6-8
