1 large lemon
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 stick butter, melted
Take 1 whole large lemon, cut into quarters; remove seeds.
Blend lemon, sugar and eggs until fine puree.
Pour in melted butter and continue blending at high speed 1 to 2 minutes.
Pour into an 9 inch uncooked pie shell.
Bake in 350° F preheated oven for 35 to 45 minutes or until center is set.
Top with whipped cream if desired.

Does size matter... can I use a smaller size to make it thicker...
