Title: Whomper
Post by: patscga on June 03, 2007, 06:05:06 AM
I bought this about 3 weeks ago and now it doesn't work.  Is it only supposed to last for a certain length of time?

Once you purchase it there is no longer a time limit on the program.

Did you submit your registration code for a password/registration key at the time of purchase?

If so, you have to put the password/registration key in to unlock it.

You might find the links below helpful.

Yes, I have all of the above.  When I try to use the program I get the message
"This program must be run from the installation folder shown above"
which is Badgehelp\whomper\whomper.exe.
It doesn't work.
I used it fine for almost a month, now it doesn't work at all.  Very frustrating.  I would pay for it again but I am concerned it will quit on me again.

I know what I'm playing and I know how to play it and how to activate it if it's working.  I've been ripped off.

Why not try Whompster and see if that works for you.

If it does, email replacecode@aol.com and get the registration transfered over.

You have not been ripped off .. there are always options.

Well give me some more options.  I have my registration code, I have my password.  I have used them for one month and the program stopped working.  Now I click to try word whomp and am told my trial period has expired.  I click Register.  I am given a new registration code.  When I try to change it to my existing code, it won't let me.

Open the program and get the registration code. Send the code in for a registration key/password but DO NOT CLOSE THE PROGRAM until you get the password. Once you have the password enter it into the program.
