Title: Qwerty/yuiop program
Post by: alohaelle06 on June 10, 2007, 12:45:17 PM
Okay, I checked all my display settings and they are set as required to run the program....but it still will not work.  It's still running spastically...meaning it will place a tile pull away and either place it in a different square or not at all then continue to the next tile but place it 2 or 3 squares away from the first.  HELP!!!  this is making me crazy lol

!@#$  been there..done that....and trying it once more.  The program still will not run correctly.  Who do I talk to at badgehelp?  send an email to the badgehelp@aol.com?  I can't find any clear customer service rep located at the site.  Hopefully you can point me in the right direction

Submit a TSR from the options section of the program

It ran fine before...on IE7 and firefox....but not any longer.  Yes I've made sure the smoothing thingy was unchecked...even sent a report.  Sad that Badgehelp says they may respond to the TSR report.  2 weeks later and still no response.  Needless to say, I'm not a happy camper.  :///

I am using 5.2, and mine was doing the same thing.. Now this is what I did to correct that issue--> CLear your internet garbage! Try that and see if that works.. go to START-->Programs-->Accys-->System Tools-->Disc Cleanup. then hit OK. Then check off all the boxes in the window.. like temp internet files, recyclebin etc.. After that is done, go to your web browser in like IE7, and click on TOOLS--> INternet Options.. then clear out all the files in there too.
Try that and repost back here

I have to say it's as if 2 or more yuiop programs are running at the same time.  I've deleted everything ans reinstalled.  Is it possible that something was left in the registry?  I would hate to run a search in the registry if that is the problem...not sure what I should be looking for (besides yuiop)

If you move your mouse at all during the Querty game, it will put tiles everywhere and take them back.  DON'T move yr mouse! O0

I thought it might be the lazer (no ball) mouse I was using just recently, but after unplugging it...sadly, no. Not the problem.  I sure hope BadgeHelpers.com techs contact me soon.  I'm using a laptop folks...I can't possibly move the mouse unless I touch the touchpad...which I do not.

Here is what you need to do exactly:

Delete any program you have, reboot your computer and download from http://badgehelp.com the new version. It should say version 5.3

Yep, followed your directions to the letter.  Had to remove it twice...somehow it was still on my system when I came back....so I deleted and re-booted again.  Checked to make sure I did not have yuiop on my system...verified I had my display settings as required........THEN i downloaded yuiop.   :OO  IT'S STILL NOT WORKING!!!!!!!!!! ..where's the emoticon for pulling out hair??? :" lol
