There will be mandatory testing for the idiots next year. Under the collective bargaining agreement if 5% or more of the players they randomly test show positive for steroids it would kick in a clause for mandatory testing in 2004. Now this tells you how stupid these guys are. MLB tells them when they are going to be tested well in advance and they still couldn't lay off the juice.
