Title: 3-bagger
Post by: Symbion on August 08, 2007, 10:01:46 PM
I've been having an issue when running 3-bagger.

Periodically while it is running, I will receive a notification from Pogo telling me not to adjust my Time/Date while playing.  At first I thought it was XP using the time-sync feature and just updating itself, so to eliminate this variable, I turned that feature off, and I'm still receiving this problem.

I've checked the forums and haven't found anyone else having this issue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try playing the game manually and see if you still get that message.

If not, send a problem report to joe@badgehelp.com

The message only appears when 3-bagger is playing, I haven't seen it appear when I'm playing manually.

I'll send off an email and see what they say.

I'm not sure if I've ever heard anyone having that kind of an issue before.

That's really odd.

I've used 3 bagger recently for hundreds of hours and haven't encountered this, thank goodness, :).

Very interesting what can pop up, isn't it? My AV program subscription doesn't expire for over 6 months, yet the company has started putting pop up ads on my game screen to " renew now for 3 years at a discount". Totally stops my autos, of course.

One thing that I wondered, and I know this is reaching- Are you docking your 3 bagger control panel anywhere close to your time display on your computer screen? If that happens, which it can, could there be a rare errant mouse cursor movement or click over your date/ time display?
I know that I often need to reposition 3 bagger and my game screen when it docks to the game.

I can't imagine why Pogo would care what anyone's time or date display is, though...
Have you sent a TSR to BadgeHelp showing the error?

I will try to duplicate your error with 3 bagger and see what happens.

I dont think its your auto. I dont use them and get this message from time to time whenever I play the table games like jungle gin or canasta

I get that message when I'm not using autos. I think its just a Pogo/Windows bug.

What do you mean the password you setup? Passwords can only come from Badgehelp after the program has been purchased

If the passwords are not entered exactly as they appear it will not generate the correct password. You'll have to email replacecode@aol.com and tell them your password page needs to be reset.

When registering an auto do not close it after it has given you the registration code. Wait for your password to be generated and then enter it into the program. It will then show as registered. It is extremely important that you enter the registration code exactly as it appears/
