I earlier purchased whompdown, i gave the right registerr code and got back a password that dont work. HELP what do I do

just i tip when you submit a code for a password a lot of letters look alike vv and ww its

ive had the same trouble with whomp and whackdown and also canasta,with the registration number and password not working together..now i cant put in a new registration number on the password page,it will not allow me to..i am going to work on all my other games and leave these for last...hopefully,but then i can figure out what to do with them...
Misty, As homer said you just email replacecode giving them the correct code putting in the subject that you are a 150 page owner
or
ask them to reset the password page for that auto.
They are really helpful and have done it a few times for me when I've put the wrong code in or after downloading an updated auto and the password no longer works.

thank you kaz,will try the suggestion..i have been wanting to get started on my canasta and the word whomps,but was having trouble getting the passwords and registration numbers to work together...i have so many right now to work on though,i can put them aside for awhile..does anyone have all the games finished?
Misty, many of us have the $150 package and don't have problems with the password page.
My best advice is what you've already received here: Always copy and paste both your auto registration code to the page and copy the number generated and paste it to your auto in the Password section.
It works REALLY well.

I also purchased Whompdown V 3.1 today and got a pw that was too long and rejected by the auto.
I sent e-mail to badgehelp@aol.com over 3hr ago (Impatient Broad) :))) have not got reply yet,so browing the threads I have now sent e-mail to replacecode@aol.com.
I have a badge to play for in Whackdown,Wordwhomp no probs for me just Whackdown does not give me enough time to figure words out and is harder for my widdle brain to comprehend the connecting of words it's annoying. LOL!

try going to your password page and copying the code and then pasting it,that finally worked for me on the whackdown one

Copying it is what your supposed to do, to avoid errors. I believe everyone was telling you that when you started having problems with registering your autos.
I do the copy/paste thing all the time Misty. I paid for 5 auto's yesturday and four codes out of five are fine.

Nope for some reason the code is being rejected... when I copy and paste not all of the code will submit and I get a message stating that certain letters within the code are no longer accepted as valid registration codes. Has me miffed... Anyway I hope to get a reply today from my e-mails I sent out.
I drunk too much coffee and I can't sleep.. LOL! Went to bed and 3 and half hours later still awake. Insomnia is a beach.
i had to copy and paste them several times for they finally worked...luckily i only had that problem on a couple of them..
I had this problem last week with word whomp. It did take a little whild but did get a pass word that worked. Since the other pass word that was wrong was stuck on my 150 page, I also copy and pasted, I asked them what to do about it. They said nothing it would be fine. When you get your new code just paste it in the pass word part on your cheat registration. It will stay there and work okay :/\
I am done playing around with this password. NOTHING WORKS! !@#$

Not sure if last contact e-mail is with regards to my problem.

did you buy the whole 150 package plan..i did,and when they wrote me back they sent me a link to my password page...i dont know if you have one when you buy them individually,you might have to check with someone thats more familiar with that.

Good news, 3 is a charm as this is how many days I have been waiting for a happy ending to my predicament.
After several e-mails back and forth to Homer we finally narrowed down the problem. The password I was sent was for the wrong auto program and so I re-emailed replacecode@aol.com (I was dubious of my chances) SOOOOOOO,I then e-mailed heypogopal@yahoo.com and within 5 minutes I was sent the correct password.Finally!
