Should you encounter a problem with your auto program the best thing to do is to submit a TSR(Technical Support Request) BadgeHelp uses TSR's to gather information and troubleshoot the programs for future updates.
To submit a TSR follow the instructions below.
1. With both the program and the pogo game open click on Options.

2. Click on Submit TSR

3. To continue generating a TSR read the info and click on yes as indicated in the picture below.

4. type in a description of your problem and click OK

5. You have now generated a TSR and it has been saved to C:\Program Files\BadgeHelp\TSR.Dat
Click OK to continue

6. Go to Start>Programs>BadgeHelp and open your BadgeHelp folder. You will see a file in there named TSR.Dat
