To get a password you must submit your registration code at the time of purchase. They will then email your password to you. Give them time to wake up. It's only 6 A.M. in BadgeHelp land.

I just joined the 150 club, and was trying out Sherlock.  It hangs up when I get to the 'Notepad" (story part).  Had to shut everything down to get out of it.  Any fixes to this problem?  I was playing on medium.

Try the following:

1. Check your computer settings http://www.pogocheats.net/forum/index.php/topic,30752.0.html
2. Delete the program, reboot your pc and redownload from www.badgehelp.com
3. Try the program again after reinstalling.

One of those things should fix your problem. I used the program myself the other day for the new jigsaw case and it worked great. One other note. Play Jigsaw on the hard difficulty. You will finish the case much quicker that way.

If I delete Sherlock and redownload it won't I need a new password or code to get it started?

It shouldn't but if it does just fill in the info at http://www.badgehelp.com/lost.html and click submit and they will give you a new one.
