Not sure if this was already posted somewhere, but I just figured out that in Thousand Island Solitaire you can right click anywhere on the screen to draw a new card... instead of having to click on the draw button or the pile. Sure makes the games go faster not having to keep moving your pointer down to the pile all the time.

You're quite welcome... it works great. Just make sure you don't get trigger happy or the cards you need might get covered up by mistake LOL
