why is it so dang hard sometimes to retrieve a password for an auto you buy..when i purchased an auto,i sent the receipt to badgehelp to obtain a password,they told me they couldnt do anything for me,i had to send it to replacecode..i thought you only sent mail there is if a code wasnt working for you..ive had problems getting my passwords a few times..maybe its me,i dont know..anyone else ever have problems?
The email addy for codes is replacecode@aol.com hence the name
You are supposed to put the registration code in the message to sellers box at the time of purchase.
Proof of purchase has always been a requirement when emailing BH
i didnt use the paypal this time,i filled out that other form for using a credit card..didnt see anything on that form about a sellers box..
You'll need to provide your transaction number then.
i did send them the receipt a few hours ago,and havent heard back yet..hopefully,i will soon..
