I know it sounds weird but tastes great! It is a boneless chicken breast flattened, breaded, seasoned and fried. A family restaurant near my home serves it on Monday evenings as a special. The gravy is made from the chicken drippings and milk. Not a low fat meat for sure.

That sounds HEAVENLY!! I've heard of chick fried chick before, just never had it.
