The passwords usually come in right away. I'm not sure, and please don't be offended, but have you ever ordered before? I use the automatic password generator and they come very quickly.... I'm wondering if perhaps you forgot to include the code with the order?

The current euchre auto does not work. We are waiting for the new one to be completed. Unfortunately I do not know what the ETA for the new update is.
You have a few choices:
1. You can wait for the new update to come out (Sorry I do not know when that will be)
2. If you don't want to wait you can request a refund

LMAO! BH will send replacement codes? REALLY??? What a joke. Seems like I have sent like 10 or more e-mails regarding replacement codes due to a new computer and NO REPLY. Not just for the new pc thing either,even trying to get a code for a $5 auto must be like pulling teeth as I have NEVER received my code but I did get charged. It is to my account that BH probably owe me (my partner) close to $50 or more due to being overcharged. You could say I have been ripped off.
But I kept on trying to get a reply,now I give up. Being ignored is not a nice feeling aye Homer? Thanks for the lack of help.

I think your post is very offensive too bh and too homer, i have always got my replacement codes within hours, unless they are really busy,
I have always recieved quick and courteous service from oscar and the gang,
It is not in bh"s interest too rip people off, they would not survive very long in buisness if they did.
Also homer is the most helpfull person there is, he is usually the first too offer advice and help, too say thanks for the lack off help is insulting,
I do hope you ponder on your post a while and realize your choice off words is inappropriate.
BH to my knowledge always gives out replacement codes to people who provide the necessary proof of purchase.
I have gone out of my way many times to try and coordinate replacement codes between customers and BH. I even emailed them on your behalf and they told me they were trying to help you.
Something isn't right. You say you purchased programs with your "partners" credit card. This isn't rocket science. Get your receipts for the programs in question and email them and your new codes to replacecode@aol.com
If you are having trouble with BH then I suspect you are not giving them what they asked for.
I emailed them recently to have my 150 page reset due to getting my new hard drive and I got a response within an hour. And also, I was asked if I needed the link to my page, which I did, and I got that back right away also.
Truthfully, when I first started making purchases from BH and needed replacement codes, or an update didn't show registered and I needed a new code, I would send emails asking for the codes, but because I was new at it, I was sending the wrong information. Sometimes I would get an email back asking me for the needed information, and sometimes I wouldn't. But once I provided the necessary transaction codes, etc.... I would have my registration codes right away.
I have to agree with the poster who stated that it is NOT in BH's best interest to cheat their customers, especially with this website so busy and so visible.
And I also agree that Homer has always been helpful, informative and very easy to deal with in regards to any Cheat related questions as well as Registration related problems.

One other thing people should remember when waiting on that password - SPAM FOLDER. Many times your mail is not recognizing that email address and there it sits. That happened to me even after I had purchased a couple. I had to add the address to my book for aol to recognize it.
