I have purchased Trickshot and it wont play the game. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it and rebooted my PC, I have done what it suggests in the troubleshooting it just connects with the game and nothing. The same thing is happening with Dotbot, although I have not purchased this due to this problem. I dont know what the problem is, any ideas?

Make sure you are using the recommended settings
