What's the problem?

Well, if their problem is the same that I'm still having, the dang curser has a mind of it's own jumps all over the place, everytime the popup to remind me to use a straight line between tiles.  I've deleted rebooted and downloaded everytime I want to use the auto, no improvement.  Can't send TSR as curser won't stop.

I have it set to the slowest possible speed and it still won't click through when it finds matches that are more then 2 turns. When I use the auto now I sit by my computer and babysit it.  Glad I have a TV next to computer or I would be bored out of my skull.

you have too slow the auto down and watch it for the first couple of games.. Then it should be fine!

He already said it's set at the lowest possible click speed.  :)

I am having the same problem too though I have decided just to leave it be and not worry unless we have a challenge.

I have asked BH to add a fetaure to future program releases.

Some programs are difficult to stop because the program takes control of the mouse. I have asked them to add a feature that would allow users to simply press the Esc key to stop the auto.

Thanks, Homer, it is so frustrating trying to stop that curser & no way to turn off the auto.

:!! to you.  That jumping cursor is driving me crazy  6_6.gif And I agree if you slow down the game it helps, and if you can close out the connect lines screen a few times it then works okay  0:

Ok, I finally tried slowing down the game to the slowest speed, it worked, but I can play it almost the same speed by hand.  when the auto first came out it didn't have this jumping problem so maybe pogo did something to the game.

This puppy is not ready for prime time. I get a device context error (DC) every time I fire up the program and I have to manually clear error windows. This is not the way an AUTO should work. If there isn't an update in a couple days I'm asking for a refund.

If you need something fixed you need to submit a TSR

What makes you think I have not submitted a TSR?

Irregardless, there are enough similar complaints in this forum about this cheat that action should have been taken long ago by the author(s). Why have a forum if not for immediate customer feedback ... of course if this forum's purpose is just to keep customers off the authors back ... ;-)

For the record, I HAVE been able to get the cheat to work. I just have to babysit it at startup to clear the 2 errors manually, which takes 1 to to 3 games. Yep, exactly 2 unhandled error widows every time you start a new Mahjong Safari window. Curious. After the 2 error windows are closed I can run the speed up to 1 notch from the top. This game pays some serious tokes.

Also for the record, the TSR process seems to be designed to discourage rather than encourage customer feedback. If BadgeHelp is a one man operation, I can understand why though. ;-)

If you have submitted a TSR email BH and ask them when the update will be ready. I do not work for BH and can not give you an answer when it will be fixed. I do not know myself until they fix it.

I submitted a TSR back a few weeks.  I figured with all the new games, and the problems they were having with Crazy Cakes it would take a little while.  Hopefully an update will come soon, I guess I will just be patient. 0:

Fair enough. I'll be patient and wait for an update as I can make it work with only a slight inconvenience now. All in all I have been very happy with all the BH prgs I have purchased to date.  May go for the 150 soon. ;-)

Thanks for the heads up. 2.1 Seems to work just fine. Thank you Joshua. Looks like the connecting line error was a roadblock set up by Pogo.

That's what I figured as the auto worked great when first came out.
