8 oz Cream Cheese (room temperature)
5 oz can Chicken (drained)
1 tablespoon Minced Onion
1 can chopped Green Chilies
1 teaspoon powdered Chicken Bouillon
1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Put all ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix well with mixer. Serve with your favorite crackers.
This sounds great, and is very close to my chicken enchilada casserole. Same idea, cream cheese, canned chicken, garlic, chili's, but I also blend in shredded cheddar and jack cheese, spead it on tortillas, top with green enchilada sauce and bake. Good stuff.
