I downloaded it and told me it was a connection problem but its not on my end.
I downloaded it and used it for my badge today.
I even downloaded it and used it on a 2nd computer.

Thanks Chummy, I had to use that link to do keno and backspin today.
I had that problem yesterday and it was Norton doing its job of checking my computer as I have setup just as I was going to mail off a letter to Badge Help I tried it one more time and it downloaded just like it should.
