Is it ok to let everyone in the forum see my e-mail address if it is the same one i use on pogo or should i create a new e-mail address? ???
DO NOT post the same e-mail you use in pogo, Pogo monitors these boards

Yes, do not use the same email address as the one you signed up for with pogo. I would change it or leave it blank. ;)
If you don't want anyone to see it there is an option in your profile to keep it hidden. I would advise against changing it to something that is fake, because once you do the forum temporarily deactivates your account until you validate the new email address.
