Title: Caylee
Post by: gin on August 01, 2008, 08:35:55 PM
Anyone have an opinion as to what happened to little 2 yr. old Caylee in Florida?    Very sad and heartbreaking.   Why on earth would a mother wait 31 days to report her child missing.    6_6.gif

I think she is guilty and probably killed her own daughter. Check this out :

Photos Show Missing Florida Girl's Mother Partying at Club
Wednesday, July 30, 2008

The mother of a missing 2-year-old Florida girl was caught by photographers partying at a club June 20 -- after the date she claims her daughter disappeared.

The photographs, obtained by FOX News, show Casey Anthony smiling and posing with various people at an Orlando club called Fusion. She later would tell police that her daughter, Caylee Marie Anthony, had been missing since earlier in the month.

John Azzilano, the nightlife photographer who snapped the images, said 22-year-old Casey Anthony was enjoying herself.

Now .. does that look like a person even remotely concerned that her daughter is missing?

Can you believe the latest news that some Bail Bondsman from California is gonna bail her out, and they are gonna let here go tomorrow.  He says if she is free that she will lead them to her daughter..........fat chance.  Personally, I think she sold her or the kid died of the heat in the car.

I agree, my daughter spent two years of treatments to have my grandson, and then the last tri-mester in the hospital hooked to IV's so she would not deliver early.  He arrived healthy at two and half pounds, he is now five and very precious to us.

I do understand that we live in the US and you are not guilty till proven in a court of law but I do think that she is guilty.

Did you all hear that there was a backpack, a shoe, shorts and a shirt found this weekend from volunteer searchers?  I think that it was found this weekend since I saw that on Saturday night news on Fox.  If you watch Greta or Nancy Grace then it will be all over the TV tonight.

I do think that she should get out of jail cause I think that is when she will crack.  She wont be able to refuse to see her parents then and she will be under alot of pressure and have to answer alot of questions then.  And be face to face right in front of them, right now when the visit her she isnt face to face only by video camera since they have her in another room and she talks via camera and phone to them.

I'm down here too, and it is a major story and the mother even in jail looks like she could care less! That bail bondsman is a case also!  Just thinks he's a big deal and will be able to get the child back. Guess he has a TV show similar to Dog, a reporter asked him if this was going to part of his TV show, he said no.  If you've seen his pic, I don't believe a word ,.  she can't get out anymore today will have to wait til tmw. Have to have the $ there by 4PM and the sherrif's dept has to set up the security at the house etc.  The way she refuses to see her family at the last minute I believe she's snubbing the only ppl who might support her.  I never did hear why the grandparents didn't know she was missing if the child and her  mother lived there..

He died 26 years ago and to this day she will call me on his birthday and the anniversary day of his death just to hear my voice and make sure I am ok.  From what I have experienced with my Mother a part of you will never recover  but most of you will.

:D   Bounty hunter says he will revoke bond   :D

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35, Orlando) -- Bail bondsman Leonard Padilla says he plans to revoke Casey Anthony's $500,000 bond.

Padilla plans to meet with Orange County deputies to have everything finalized by Monday. If Casey's bond is revoked, she could be back behind bars as early as next week.

A deputy would be required to pick her up from her home and escort her back to the jail.

Fox news just reported that a source just reveled that the hair and stain samples reveal that they are Caylees and that it was of a dead body.  They also interviewed Dr. Bauden (spelling?) and he explained once again for the 50th time how to tell that the DNA can tell if you are alive or not.

This lady needs to rot in jail.  I don't understand people like this.

Mother of missing Florida girl indicted on murder charge, prosecutors say

ORLANDO, Fla. - Prosecutors in Florida say the mother of a missing three-year-old girl has been accused in an indictment of killing her daughter.

The child's body has not been found despite an exhaustive four-month search.

State Attorney Lawson Lamar says a grand jury returned charges of first-degree murder, aggravated child abuse, aggravated manslaughter and four counts of lying to investigators against Casey Anthony in the death of her daughter, Caylee.

The 22-year-old mother is being held without bond.

It appears she tried to run ..

After the indictment, undercover officers followed Anthony as she traveled in her mother's SUV. The officers saw the SUV stop under a highway overpass, at which point Anthony got into another vehicle and drove off. Officers made the traffic stop after she entered the second vehicle, the spokesman said

Anthony's mother, Cindy Anthony, reportedly pulled her vehicle over at Narcoossee Road and State Road 417, and Casey got out. Casey Anthony then got into a full-size grey SUV, which drove off.

It is unclear who owns the grey SUV and who was driving the vehicle.

When she had a newsconference with her attorney after the hearing, she cried. Daughters been missing 13 weeks and she cried because she was indicted. Has she not understood at all that there was commission of a crime if she does not have her child. I would hope that one of the charges has to do with naming an innocent woman to the police.

I suppose we should consider her innocent until proven guilty.........but I am having a tough time with this one.  Her lawyer says when the public hears the whole story they will understand and have great sympathy for Casey........I doubt it.  If there was an explanation then this the lady should have spoken up at the beginning instead of waiting for what, her trial.  I cannot think of an excuse for all the lying she has done, other than to hide a crime and protect herself.

Child remains found near missing Fla. girl's home

ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) — A team of medical examiners and detectives were hustling to identify the skeletal remains of a child found in a wooded lot in central Florida Thursday, hoping to solve the six-month-old mystery of a missing toddler.

Caylee Anthony, 3, has been reported missing since July.

On Thursday, less than a half-mile from where the girl lived, a utility worker stumbled upon remains of a small child.

There was nothing that immediately indicated the remains were Caylee's. But Orange County Sheriff Kevin Beary said his investigators and the FBI would work around the clock and through the weekend to identify the child.

"Now the investigation continues," Beary said. "There is a lot of lab work to do. There is a lot of DNA work to do. There is a lot of crime scene work to do."

An article this morning says "some items of interest" were taken from the grandparents house last night. If that is the trash bags and or duct tape there is no way their daughter is going to be able to say that "Zani" stole her (while stealing trashbags and duct tape in a house she never has been in). I hope because of all the lies to the police dept who were TRYING to find her child, they up the penalty to death.

I see the top story today is that the judge denied the mothers lawyer of seeing the remains of the body. Why in the hell would he think he could see them if the body has yet to be idenified? And even after that, they shouldn't let anyone do anything until they get all the evidence they need. I have a feeling the body is going to be Caylee's, and that is sad. If her mother did do it..I hope they don't kill her because she should have to live everyday of the rest of her life in prison, while she suffers everyday for killing her own child.

They do not live in a backwater city. My son is a Medical Examiner here in San Diego and all autopsies are filmed and documented with a Medical Examiner and several detectives. Unless she had a tshirt saying Caylee on it I doubt they would be letting any alleged family members there just for viewing and never would they let a proctor of the alleged victim attend the autopsy.

Normally I would agree with you, but in this case... think about it... in prison they do not look kindly on mothers who abuse or murder their children.... you're right, it WOULD be all about her and she would pay dearly, every single day, for what she has done.

I am SO hopeful that that is exactly what happens.  A hair was caught by the tape... a fingerprint is on the adhesive.... someone else's blood/skin is trapped, etc.  I am really looking forward to a conviction, which I feel is definitely going to happen.  It's my guess that she didn't work alone, though.... her boyfriend may be involved.  Just a feeling...

ORLANDO, Fla. -- In a change of heart, the state attorney's office has filed a letter of intent Monday to seek the death penalty for Casey Anthony.

A spokesman for Jose Baez, Casey Anthony's attorney, has confirmed that the defense has been notified. Baez is not qualified to defend a client in a death penalty case because he does not have the required amount of experience by the Florida Bar.

The state attorney's office is citing "sufficient aggravating circumstances" as the reason for Monday's decision.

.....

What has bothered me about this case lately is Casey smiling in court all the time. She is acting like "It's only a matter of time I walk out of here a free woman".

I bet she won't be smiling anymore after hearing this news ...
