Once the trial is over it does not reset. You must purchase it to continue using it.

Hard to say. They can come out weekly or monthly. If it's tokens you want you would be better off cranking up the QWERTY auto and letting it run. You can make more tokens in a few hours on auto than any of these links will give you.
