recently purchased slingo quest from pogo. emailed me the registration code. everything was fine for about a week. played it several times. then went to play it one day and the play screen comes up. click play and it goes to black and stays black. have to ctl alt del out of it. followed the directions of uninstalling and reinstalling it. same thing. had also paid for them to emil me the cd. so got it 2 days ago. uninstalled program and was going to reinstall it w/ cd. the computer shows there is nothing on cd. from programs or all files when its in d drive.
i doubt this is where im suppose to log complaint but i was unable to find any other link to send this. i was also suppose to include registration key but i am not going to put it on here
please help me..
You need to contact pogo support or the manufacturer of the game. We are not pogo.
i know this isnt pogo. but the sheet i printed out when purchased the game said. if have any technical problems contact http://www.oberon-media.com/support
and this is where i got sent. so what do i do or where do i go?? please help. very frustrated!!
I don't know why Oberon would send you to us but you need to talk to their tech help people.
