what does EaAcessviolation mean and how do i correct it? this is coming on my scrabble cheat l have unistalled and reinstalled but nothing will work hope you can helpme

1. Make sure you have ALL windows updates
2. Run this program and fix any problems http://www.download.com/Advanced-WindowsCare-Personal/3000-2086_4-10407614.html
3. Defrag your pc
