For my wager if the final score is Pittsburgh 28 Arizona 17 I would win because the total points would be 45 and with the 13 points I am getting on Arizona I would cover that end of the bet. Considering that this was Cardinal Country where it happened and it was just after the Cards were ahead for the first time in the game, I am betting even the pervs were upset by it happening.
