Title: Crazy Cakes
Post by: BabyCheetah on February 22, 2009, 08:58:31 AM
Can someone please help me figure out what settings I should use to run this auto.    I have been playing it by hand and its driving my Carzzzzzyy.  Any tips would be much appreciated.  Thanks in advance.

Baby I have not clue. I finished that one a long time ago. I remember just putting uncle otto up and running and let it do its thing. It did it quite well from what I remember.

Wish I could help this auto never really worked to good for me, I just gave up.  Only could play on the easy setting and I still had to babysit.

I don't remember either. I finished this game a long time ago. Hopefully someone will remember what settings work.

Me, too.  I think I used default settings, played on medium level and had to babysit because it froze up every once in a while.  I really dislike the time management games.  PLEASE FIX THE OTHER T-M autos!

Baby..I always had Uncle Otto set on medium and I always played in the room 'Angel Food Cake". Only because I like Angel Food Cake.  tongue.gif
Sometimes the program would stop, but I just did like others said and kept my mouse pointer on the recipe book, what this has to do with anything I haven't a clue.
Good luck on getting it finished.  embrace.gif

Thanks everyone for your help.  I'll try the mouse on the book.  Hopefully.   angel19.gif angel19.gif  will get it to work.  Keep the suggestion coming.

Mine will only work on Easy level and half the time the pixie still dumps the food in the trash instead of taking it to the counter.  Wish they would come out with a new version to fix this.  I can't even get the minimum of serving points.

Mine also only works on Easy. Just looks at the Wizard on any other level. I am beginning to think that some games and autos do not work with the small amt of memory I have in this computer. But I was able to get the badge in 1½ hrs which certainly beat last week.

All this does for me is to run around like a head with its chicken cut off. help.gif
If I remember right it did this the first time I tried it.

swear2.gif Pogo I just finished this game over the weekend.  I guess I should have looked to see what the upcoming challenges were.  (https://i96.photobucket.com/albums/l188/spastic6996/Pogo/hammer20punch.gif)

Play the game on med. skill level.   Place the cursor over the book and leave your comp. alone.  It works or at least it did for me.  Happy Pogoing.

I found that Medium worked well enough to get the challenge done.  In this case "good enough" is all that is needed.

DINNER SPINNER for Crazy Cakes is not on my list of favorite clients from BadgeHelp.

It has barely worked on easy even when the mouse is placed over the cookbook. The client moves the fairie around rather stupidly, making it so Wizards and Elves go away angry. It carries around fruit on the tray instead of also picking up a recipe on many occasions. It makes extra food and throws it away. It moves stuff between the trivets when a dessert is ready in the oven, a dessert a CUSTOMER wants.

Numerous TSR submissions and specific complaints went completely ignored. I gave up on using this client EVER AGAIN because it was so bad. I have not finished this game and I refuse to play it by hand.

If an update is released, I will try it out, since I already bought the program. I love most of the cheats offered by BadgeHelp, but this one is quite horrid.

hey Joe,

If you refuse to play it by hand and the auto stinks...how you planning on getting this weeks badge.  I just curious.  (I'm playing around with ya)

I ran the auto HOLDING MY NOSE. hysterical.gif

In fact, I used the auto to get it for another player. However, I am not in favor of brute force approaches, so I will not run it for RANKING UP in the game.  beer11.gif

It only worked on easy for me any other settings and it crashed.  even on easy the fairy is hyper active and constantly throwing baked items away. Doesnt seem to realized that ovens are full and trivets are full and forgets about customers at times. Auto definitely needs work

My Dinner Spinner is far from perfect but seems to do better than others have described.  I play on medium and I almost always meet the sales objective for the game.  The pixie throws out things she shouldn't, especially when there is a customer waiting for precisely that item.  Most of the time, the auto does pretty well for me.  I'm sorry peeps are having worse experiences and I don't know what makes it different for all of us.  I ranked out on this game months ago and am soooo happy I did.  I really dislike time management games and wish/pray/hope/BEG!  that BH would give Operation and Diner Dash autos another go!  Those autos do nothing right for me.  Good luck, all.  xoxox

It only barely works on easy for me, and after about 10 mins the faerie takes a break and I got to take over.  BH needs to hire another waitress, this one stinks  rolleyes.gif

Gosh, I played on easy and it ran like a charm for me. No problems at all....now I've probably jinxed myself.

I ran it on medium. Fairy did miss customers, through things away and the game froze.  I did however eventally rank out with a lot of babysitting.  THANK GOODNESS!!!!

Thanks, now back to the endless Poppit show.  I just got the second last badge(glasses) after weeks of playing.  I reckon its going to take me years to get to the last badge.  hysterical.gif

OperationStation was last updated 09/14/08 which means we need to give a 6 month anniversary to an auto which I can't even use.  sad.gif

I won't hold my breath for Operation Station to be fixed that's why I did it myself.  I don't know If i am going to wait and see how long it takes for Diner dash to be fixred but I think I will be old and gray before that one is ever fixed.  I might have to do that one myself too.  Not looking forward to it.

I'd like a refund, please.  If I can't have that, I'd like a credit for another auto coming in the future.  I think that's fair.

That was the LAST client I bought from them, until I got Beaker Tweaker. Also, even though I am a 150 club member, I used to pay full price for each new client because I believed in the products. Now I only pay $5 instead of the full price that I used to pay when you could buy clients sight unseen and KNOW they would either work or they would get fixed if they did not work out of the box

I got BEAKER TWEAKER after I hear MANY MANY people in the blogs talk good about a client. I am no longer the first person to buy it.

I gave up asking for updates on this game and several others. When they have good products, they can get my money again. DOMINATION comes to mind. That one is coming up on a 15-month anniversary being useless because it needs to be babysat.

Right now, I would just like a response to our questions.  Does anyone from BH actually read any of our posts.  Give me the truth.  If your not working on anything, meaning fixing anything then what are you doing?  I've spent quite a bit of money on autos and there are autos that kick ass but what is happening to the others that need a complete overhaul.  I just want to be kept informed.  But I guess thats too much to ask for.  If your not planning on fixing it, then have the B.... to tell us.  I won't purchase an auto right when it first comes out anymore.  Way to many disappointments.  I agree, if the auto doesn't work and you're not planning on fixing it....Give me my money back.
