I can't see the smiley Icons... all I have is a little box with a red x in it. Anyone know what setting to adjust to fix it?

Click profile, then click look and layout that is located on the right hand side, then where it says Current Smiley Set: Make sure it says Sofrayt , then at the bottom click change profile. That should work.
