Title: Pogo My Account

Anyone having problem with my account on Pogo. I trying to see when next time I have to pay for pogo just takes me to where you updated your credit card info.  I think it charge me when they had that glitch for updating free gems. It shows in month of March 26 43.00 dollars. I know not due until the summer time.

I could be wrong but you think it could also be that I got rid of my other account back in feb and it was before time they charge me anyway.

Of course, you know that now we are afraid to look and see what it up so the same thing doesn't happen to us. I am not due til Dec so I will take a look - I know - Dec was a really stupid time to join. Mine shows that I am active but does not have a "date" as to when it is due and the part that says change billing does not go anywhere that has a date:

That what mine is doing as well. Not showing when I join and billing part don't go anywhere.

Once upon a time it use to tell you how many days you had left til it was time to renew again.....guess they took that off when they had us renew our billing payment options.  magnifier.gif

But this can be very serious because there is nothing to show us when we should be saving up some extra bux for our membership. I don't like them having such control as to not let us know when we are due for renewal. I am going to be emailing them yet another email about this. I don't like Pogo surprises and what is to say that my Dec subscription is not now a November one.

I just sent this:
screenname
birthdate
zipcode
I am not asking for specific amts - so I am not including my credit card info. I used to be able to go to ACCOUNTS and see what day and month my yearly subscription was due. Now all I get is a page that says my subscription is ACTIVE. I want to know when my pogo subscription is due. Where can I find this information. Before answering any other questions, again, the question is WHEN IS MY SUBSCRIPTION DUE.

I agree with all of you. i checked to see when the date when my subscription is due & saw the picture you have here on this post & said to myself, where is the next billing date & date. I no what month, but not sure about the date. gezz, what a mess.  swear2.gif

I get the same screen except mine says subscription is paid by Paypal, which is how I pay......my card info is still in there although the card listed will expire soon, and I don't want to update but rather pay by Paypal which gives me control and not Pogo.  We will see when my statement comes if they were playing games.  If you get an answer on why they no longer want us the members to know just how long our subscription is, please post as I am interested to see how they explain this one........Pogo always seems to have the answers but not the right ones  rolleyes.gif

Okay now take a deep breath before I tell you that I got a timely answer from Pogo AND they actually answered the question I asked. I know, I have already considered this to be one of the signs of an approaching armageddon.

Glad that it them and not us. Still wonder why I got charge. I think it might have to be I got rid of my other account back in Feb. I looked around then I due pay again for this month.

That means it will never get resolved....still waiting for that 2008 album badge to get resolved  impatience.gif
