I think we on this forum have made all the suggestions we can come up with. Maybe you should email then directly at badgehelp@aol.com and see if they can assist.
The problem is your pc won't download it correctly. Isn't much we can do for you. I've offered you some suggestions but you keep creating new threads which isn't gonna help you
