For the last week while trying to play games in pogo i get a lost connection to server message, i have cleared caches, and java is installed and working correctly. ISP says connection is fine. Never had this problem before and i have been a member since 2006.. Can anyone help? Thanx
I was getting that a lot, so I rebooted my modem. Unplugged all the cords and cables from the back of the modem, waited 1 minute, replugged and things were much better.
I was having this same issue today while playing Querty. Oh how I hate babysitting Yuiop. Boots you after each game!!!!!
Anyway, back to reply. Just wanted to add that I have DSL and my Internet was fine. Think Pogo is the one with the issue, not us.
I tried unpluggging the cords and reconnecting them but to no avail.Have sent an email to pogo about 4 times and i get a automated response, telling me to do what i have already tried.and after 8 days im still getting "lost connection to server.Any ideas greatly appreciated, thanks

you need to check with you have your ISP with and tell them whats going on
This was running flawlessly for me with Yuiop, then suddenly about 3 weeks ago I started getting the Lost Connection message. I sat and watched it play and discovered it was booting me because the Qu tiles were not being recognized and the auto kept trying to play them. I went and checked Pogo HELP and sure enough, it's a fairly new known issue. They fixed it enough so the Qu works at the beginning of a word, but still not in the middle. No ETR, so yes, you will have to babysit QWERTY until Pogo gets it fixed also.
