Title: Windows 7
Post by: harley89 on July 12, 2009, 09:46:26 AM
Are the autos going to work with win 7?    I have talked with several beta testers of windows 7 and they say it will be the best OS ever.  And from them that is high praise as they have not been impressed with any of the past microsoft systems

I wonder how long it will be before they stop supporting Vista like they did WindowsME.

WindowsME was the best, most stable OS I ever had. My Compaq computer with ME is STILL running.

you should consider upgrading...there haven't been any security upgrades for ME in a long time

I have found most of the new autos work fine in Win7 the only ones I had a problem with was the older ones such as ZZPeaks and the one for Greenback Bayou.  And yes the OS is really great, I hated Vista and have been running XP til something better came along.  Now am running Dual Boot so I can have both, lol.

It's an old old computer that my grandkids play non-internet games on. But it still works!   hysterical.gif

I have found all my programs/hardware works fine in Win7 but it will not let me record streaming audio, so having Dual Boot with XP I can still record.
