The red x means it has been deleted from the host site you have it hosted on so you have to re upload it.
I noticed u have cgi spy so their site may be down

Jus peeking through, yeah sumtimes rotaters do go down for a few at times. Not often but lately seems I see them go down more then they use too. Or also if you scroll down the page before all loads -that too as well can cause the red X's....or u removed the image from ur host.
